Nic

Nic is a product and systems designer with a background spanning operational design, user research, software development and organisational knowledge systems.

Before founding Pentallion, she worked inside technically complex, distributed organisations where information was fragmented, responsibilities were fluid and new processes had to be built from the ground up. Her work included designing onboarding and delivery systems, developing technical products, improving cross-functional workflows and creating centralised knowledge structures that reduced information retrieval time by more than 90%.

That experience shaped Pentallion’s approach: understand how the company actually operates before introducing automation. Today, she applies product thinking, process design and AI-enabled technology to help owner-led companies create clearer revenue, onboarding, support and knowledge systems.
